Mini Squishable Christmas Tree Cookie

Mmmmm, smells like freshly baked cookies in here... can we eat the whole batch?  Maybe we'll spare this 10" tree-shaped squishy cookie and save it for cuddles instead.  The nicely toasted tan cookie has soft green and white frosting, an adorable embroidered face with big sweet eyes, and embroidered lights.  A little plush peppermint at the top dresses this cookie up for holiday happiness!
